About the Role


As a Retail Department Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of retail rockstars to achieve sales targets and KPIs.



  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve their best, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained and customers have access to the products they need.
  • Craft a shopping experience that is visually stunning and safe, collaborating with fellow leaders and departments to achieve overall store success.
  • Build a team of retail specialists who can take on any challenge, with a solid track record in retail leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
