Job Role Overview

Lead Structures Supervisor

The Cross River Rail project offers a unique opportunity to work on Queensland's largest infrastructure project.

As a Lead Structures Supervisor, you will oversee the self-performed bridge scope, coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources. Key responsibilities include ensuring workers are properly inducted, monitoring construction progress, managing site security and material deliveries, and ensuring safe operations.

To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience in a similar position within the Construction industry. Your background should include managing self-performed works and major concrete structures. Additionally, you must be able to work independently within a fast-paced project environment, meet deadlines, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and maintain a focus on a zero-harm environment.
