About the Role

As a Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse workplaces to assess stressors and risk factors. You will develop commercially savvy approaches to view issues from a business, customer and personal perspective.

  • Assess work environments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop solution-focused interventions to support employee wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling and crisis response services
