Seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our organisation and drive financial success.

We are looking for a professional with strong accounting knowledge and experience in the property sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare income tax working papers and collaborate with external tax agents to ensure timely lodgement of annual group income tax returns.
  • Develop tax-effect accounting and reporting, including note disclosures.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to prepare and lodge FBT returns.
  • Support preparation of monthly BAS returns and other tax administration as required.
  • Review and prepare monthly journals, account reconciliations, and accounting workpapers.
  • Compile monthly management reporting, including cash flow statements and KPI reporting.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Improve finance processes, documentation, and systems to enhance efficiency and support business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate tax principles.
  • Desirable: experience in the property industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative problem-solving approach.
