Key Responsibilities of the Culinary Specialist:

  • Preparation of food items
  • Cooking meals for patients and small gatherings
  • Overseeing kitchen staff
  • Providing outstanding service to staff, clients, and patients
  • Exhibiting effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or over 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Familiarity with the IDDIS framework
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

With a capacity of 70 inpatient Surgical, Medical, and Rehabilitation beds, along with 3 operating theatres, our facility serves an average of 760 admissions monthly.
