Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and diligent individual to fill the role of Housekeeping Assistant at our institution.

The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene levels throughout the college. This includes:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including classrooms, corridors, and staff rooms
  • Collection and disposal of waste and recyclables
  • Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Ongoing training provided to ensure best practices and compliance with regulations

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one if employed
  • Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance is highly desirable
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks that involve standing for extended periods and manual handling
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
