Cafe Chef Job
We are seeking an experienced chef to run a kitchen and prepare food for a fleet of trucks each day. This is a hands-on role with simple, consistent menus.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a cafe or canteen environment and be able to keep things organised and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening the kitchen and preparing daily food truck orders
- Cooking breakfast and light cafe options catering to a Mon-Fri work crowd
- Staying on top of ordering and prep for the next day
- Keeping the place running smoothly alongside a business manager and a small team
About You:
Reliable and hands-on with good organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management softwareBenefits:
