The Role:

We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations at Brisbane Airport in a Full-Timerole. If you thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments, love creating efficient and positive kitchen cultures, and want to make a real impact – this could be your next big move.

What You'll Do:
Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including food prep, quality, and hygiene
Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards and smooth service
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and WHS procedures
Collaborate with front-of-house and store teams for seamless customer experiences
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control
Support training and development of your kitchen team

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing a busy kitchen or food service environment
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices
Leadership skills with the ability to build team culture and mentor others
Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills
Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
