Job Description

As a tyre fitter, you will be responsible for the removal, fitting and repair of tyres, rims and wheel assemblies on heavy mining equipment. You will conduct regular tyre inflation checks, adjusting pressures as necessary, and report any issues to your supervisor.

You will also source technical information from various sources, including manuals, bulletins and computer systems. Additionally, you will take proactive measures to prevent equipment non-conformance and address quality issues promptly.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine tyre maintenance tasks.

Our team is looking for individuals with a Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Service Technology (AUR21920 or AUR21916) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. You should have strong time management, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to perform intensive manual labor outside.
