Health Safety Manager

As a WHS Manager, you will be responsible for leading and participating in incident investigations, evaluating compliance with policies and standards, coaching employees on expected behaviors, and consulting with stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management plans to minimize workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strong technical knowledge of OHS/Risk principles and practices.
- Proven track record of success in leading WHS initiatives in complex business environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Education: Degree qualifications in OHS/Risk or a related field.
Experience: Extensive experience in WHS in complex business operations.
Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated understanding of construction-related risks and hazards.
