We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Design Management. As a key member of our global network, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best practice design management within a fast-paced consultancy environment. You will manage the delivery of technically excellent designs that meet client expectations, project financial outcomes, scope, risk, and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing design projects including resource scheduling, budget control, and risk mitigation
  • Supporting project managers in delivering commercially successful projects that achieve GHD's financial objectives and contract obligations
  • Developing strong design management capability across the region through supervision, training, and mentoring of staff

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in leading multi-disciplinary project design teams
  • Experience in design management across multiple markets, including transport, water, energy, property, defence, and others
