Senior Fundraising Executive

As a seasoned Fundraising professional, this is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in Philanthropy and lead the way in developing and implementing strategic Fundraising initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through innovative Fundraising strategies and be equipped with the skills to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the CEO and Board to drive a culture of Fundraising across the organisation and develop a comprehensive Fundraising strategy that spans all revenue streams, including major gifts, bequests, community and events, campaigns and appeals.
You will be responsible for managing the Fundraising team, working to achieve key outcomes and revenue goals, and leading on Fundraising communications, including the development of compelling Fundraising collateral and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Fundraising strategy that drives revenue growth
- Manage and motivate a high-performing Fundraising team
- Lead on Fundraising communications and develop compelling Fundraising collateral and materials
- Build internal relationships to identify funding opportunities and develop cases for support
- Manage donor journeys and cultivate long-lasting relationships with donors
- Personally lead on major gift and bequest activity, managing major donor relationships and soliciting gifts
- Track and monitor revenue generation and use data analysis to inform Fundraising decisions
