Senior Motion Performance Lead

This is a high-level animation role that oversees the supervision of an animation team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with animation supervisors to create convincing performances and motion.

Leadership skills are essential for this position, including education and mentoring for animators.

A strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with animation supervisors to deliver final animation for feature films.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the animation team.
  • Solve creative and technical issues with animators.
  • Work with the build department to ensure models are suitable for performance needs.
  • Develop project schedules and deliver shots within those schedules.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • 6+ years of CG experience, ideally in feature films.
  • Prior experience leading teams.
  • Ability to work directly with clients/directors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • You must be highly motivated and able to adapt to change.
  • Teamwork and enthusiasm about Animation are key characteristics.
  • Able to relocate to Sydney for this role.
