">- Perform governance activities, documentation reviews and quality assurance checks in line with existing policies, processes, and frameworks.
- Support the provision of high-quality secretariat support to ASD Boards and Committees.
- Provide input into the preparation of briefs, talking points, corporate reports, and other written submissions.
- Work collaboratively in a team-based environment actively participating in and contributing to team meetings and exchange information to support the work area and team objectives.
Responsibilities
">- Coordinate meeting agendas and preparing minutes.
- Support the development and maintenance of governance processes and frameworks.
- Provide input into the preparation of briefs, talking points, corporate reports, and other written submissions.
