ROLE OVERVIEW.

In the capacity of Site Manager, you will be at the helm of high-end commercial fitout and refurbishment initiatives, with project values reaching up to $10M. You will lead a proficient delivery team, ensuring the seamless operation of the project site, managing trades and contractors, and adhering to the standards of workplace health and safety, quality assurance, and time management. This role is well-supported by a dedicated team comprising a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Cadets, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced professional seeking a fulfilling position with exposure to exciting projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Manage on-site construction activities effectively

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Trade qualification in Carpentry or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing commercial sites with project values up to $10M
  • Demonstrated stability and longevity with previous employers
  • Experience in commercial fitout and refurbishment is highly advantageous
