Job Title: Supervisor

CPB Contractors is seeking experienced Supervisors to join our project team for the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating site employees, plant resources, and subcontract teams to achieve quality and safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality excellence
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the contract, specifications, and safety regulations
  • Effectively coordinate and supervise trade contractors
  • Ensure accurate timesheets and site security
  • Monitor construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
  • Manage site operations, including resource planning and trade coordination
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification or certification
  • Site experience in a similar role
  • Experience in applying construction principles to deliver works in accordance with scope of works technical criteria
  • Commercial experience, including planning and resource management
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
