Job Title: Prestige Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team in a prestigious shop with great culture and pay. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a Prestige or Euro shop, be able to manage a team, and have a passion for high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visiting clients and direct them to reception
  • Conduct toolbox meetings with panel and paint shop staff
  • Strategically allocate jobs for the following day
  • Oversee cleanliness in the workshop and bays
  • Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure all parts are correct and undamaged
  • Quality check every repair leaving the panel shop prior to reaching the primer
  • Complete control forms on every job and provide them to the receptionist to be scanned and uploaded onto ibodyshop
  • Manage private and warranty work requested by external dealer network
  • Monitor production staff 'scope of works' and 'job sheets'
  • Update the production list and all production planning documentation throughout the day
  • Monitor floor staff performance, punctuality, efficiency, quality, and attitude, and escalate any issues to General Manager when required
