**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role of Relationship Manager is integral to the growth of Prestige Inhome Care in Sydney by cultivating long-term and sustainable referral relationships in suburbs including Coogee, Randwick, Bondi, Rose Bay, Potts Point, Darlinghurst
**, **St Leonards through to Mosman (North shore).

Responsibilities include:

- Generating new revenue - Face to face visits with potential referral contacts
- Increase volume of new enquiries - Identify and develop new referral sources and revenue streams and
- Identify and build new relationships - Research and identify of relevant potential referral source
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and referral sources.
- Maintain current CRM Database (Sugar)
- Achievement of Quarterly target revenue figures for your territory.

You will be a brand ambassador for the business. You will be knowledgeable in Prestige's service options and be able to represent Prestige Inhome Care as a preferred service provider.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 4 years of Sales / Account Management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including an ability to build rapport and productive working relationships with colleagues, clients and allied health professionals.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Ability to plan and anticipate potential problems.
- Ability to work autonomously & independently.
- Extensive problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed customer service and relationship management skills.
- Sound administrative and self-management skills, including the ability to work to deadlines and resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
- A current driver's license and reliable motor vehicle
- Tertiary education required.
- Experience in clinical field.

Qualification in Nursing or other Allied Health an advantage but not essential.
