Job Description:

Network-Security Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Network-Security Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring security efficiency across our network infrastructure.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to assess risks and implement security measures to protect our systems and data from potential threats. Your expertise in next-generation firewalls, routing and switching, load balancing, and endpoint forensics will enable you to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.

As a seasoned professional in network security, you will also provide guidance on implementing advanced security protocols, configuring firewalls and access controls, and developing procedures for incident response and threat management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with dynamic routing protocols, firewall management, IPSec/SSL VPN, load balancers, and proxy/web filtering. You should also possess knowledge of public and private cloud infrastructure, information technology, and analysis skills to solve complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in architecting complex networks and security systems
  • Strong understanding of various networking protocols, including routing and switching
  • Experience with next-generation firewalls, load balancing, and endpoint forensics
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies
