This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialized facilities management company in Melbourne. Multiple live roles are available for facilities officers who can support various service providers with short-term work.

Job Overview

We have multiple live concierge roles available in the CBD, providing services to numerous clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate building management works, including maintenance and liaison with contractors,
  • Manage maintenance issues and service providers,
  • Oversee contractors on the helpdesk,
  • Assist with team/department moves to external offices,
  • Provide oversight of cleaning service providers to ensure tenancy cleaning meets standards,
  • Book meeting rooms and organize catering from external providers,
  • Issue security passes and sign in new contractors.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with office facilities and contractor coordination,
  • Contract negotiation experience is highly desirable,
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills,
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills,
  • Experience with facility management and/or building services or maintenance coordination,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders at various levels of the business.
