Job Title:

Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced operations leader to drive our manufacturing operations, implement process improvements, and ensure quality across all areas of production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical or related regulated manufacturing environments and minimum 7+ years of experience in operational leadership roles within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or related regulated manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional operational teams including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, TGA, ODC, and other applicable regulatory standards
  • Oversee production planning and inventory control to meet client timelines
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D, and Commercial teams to support new product introductions and scale-up activities
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and lead high-performing teams
  • Manage budgets and performance metrics
  • Ensure safe work practices and a strong health & safety culture
