At Epsilon Pharma we are a fast-growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) specialising in pharmaceutical products, located in the heart of the beautiful Gold Coast, Queensland. With cutting-edge facilities and a client focused approach, we support local and international partners in the development, manufacture, and supply of high quality pharmaceutical products.

As we continue to diversify our operations and expand our capabilities and client portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure we deliver excellence across all areas of production and supply.

Reporting to the General Manager, Epsilon Pharma, the Operations Manager will oversee day to day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, safety, and quality across all departments including production, supply chain and warehouse functions. This is a key leadership role within our business, with direct influence on customer satisfaction, sustainability and long term growth.

• Lead, manage, and mentor cross-functional operational teams including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics
• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
• Ensure compliance with GMP, TGA, ODC, and other applicable regulatory standards
• Oversee production planning and inventory control to meet client timelines and budget expectations
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D, and Commercial teams to support new product introductions and scale-up activities
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and lead a high performing team
• Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Ensure safe work practices and a strong health & safety culture across all operational areas

• We are looking for a results driven leader with a strong background in pharmaceutical or related regulated manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in operational leadership roles within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or related regulated manufacturing sectors
• Previous experience in a Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) environment
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, TGA, and ideally ODC regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in production planning, team leadership, and process improvement
• Strong people management skills with demonstrable ability to inspire, coach and develop teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Hands on, solutions-oriented, and proactive in approach
