Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmaceutical Operations Lead to drive excellence across all areas of production and supply. This role will lead our manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring efficiency, compliance, safety, and quality.

About the Role
  • Oversight of day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products, with strong focus on GMP and regulatory standards.
  • Development and implementation of operational strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading cross-functional teams including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D, and Commercial teams to support new product introductions and scale-up activities.
  • Driving a culture of innovation and leading high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
About You
  • A seasoned leader with experience in pharmaceutical or related regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in operational leadership roles within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or related regulated manufacturing sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, TGA, and ODC regulatory requirements, with proven track record of compliance.
  • Proven experience in production planning, team leadership, and process improvement, with ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • A solutions-oriented approach, with hands-on experience in resolving complex problems and improving processes.
