  1. Working with the leadership team to ensure seamless integration of food offerings with guest experience and front-of-house operations
  2. Developing menu items across all our venues (restaurant, functions and events, and hotel breakfast)
  3. Directing the kitchen activities of LHE for the achievement of short- and long-term business objectives

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can:

  • Prepare and present budgets, reports, forecasts, and timelines in a timely manner
  • Source produce, attract sponsorships, and secure special deals through vendor management and networking with industry bodies
  • Manage the cost of goods within the company's financial framework
  • Oversee food production and service for all restaurant outlets, developing menus, food purchase specifications, recipes, and tasting notes
  • Appoint and manage key personnel for the kitchen
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation of production areas and employee appearance
  • Follow and implement the highest level of food quality standards
