Procurement Specialist - Data Insights and Sourcing Expert

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Group Supply Chain team in North Sydney.

This critical role involves delivering high-quality category analysis, actionable data insights, and supporting end-to-end tender administration (Source to Contract).

The successful candidate will use tools like Excel, Power BI, Coupa, and SAP Ariba to extract and analyze procurement data, driving smarter sourcing decisions, reducing supplier risks, and creating value across a diverse supplier base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed spend analysis, market research, and supplier performance reviews.
  • Deliver reports and insights to enhance category strategies and sourcing decisions.
  • Uncover opportunities to drive cost savings and supplier consolidation.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Solid experience in procurement, category management, or data analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel/Power BI proficiency.
