This is a hands-on entry-level position for individuals who are passionate about electrical work and eager to learn a trade. Over four years, you'll gain real-world experience while combining formal training in your chosen field.
">The role involves supporting maintenance teams with day-to-day operations, learning to operate tools and machinery, attending TAFE and off-the-job training as required, collaborating with your team to complete projects safely and on time, and actively participating in team discussions and continuous improvement.
">Key responsibilities include fostering trust with customers by providing expert advice and service, communicating business strategy and its delivery across South Australia, supporting maintenance teams with day-to-day operations, learning to operate tools and machinery, and actively participating in team discussions and continuous improvement.
">To succeed in this role, you will need a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, clear and respectful communication skills, basic computer and data entry skills, ability to follow safety procedures, and actively engaging with training opportunities.

">About Operations & Maintenance
">The Operations & Maintenance team oversees the management of our water activities and conducts operational control activities for a secure water supply. The team is responsible for both planned and unplanned maintenance activities, integrating corrective, preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance strategies.
">Responsibilities include delivering smart and reliable services to customers while enhancing overall operational efficiency. This includes meeting availability, performance, cost, and risk targets by leveraging technical asset maintenance and reliability expertise.
