You will work with experienced engineers to design, build, and maintain safe, reliable, and resilient electricity networks, while also being part of the transition to renewable energy sources.
The program includes rotations across various areas of the business, mentorship from senior engineers, and opportunities for leadership development and growth. You will be able to apply your knowledge and skills in a real-world setting and take ownership of projects that will shape the future of the industry.
