Electrical Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to lead our shutdown teams in the Pilbara region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress their career and move into more senior roles within our company.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and coordinate shutdown teams, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Liaise with site managers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Scope potential works during the estimation phase, advising on manning and equipment levels.
  • Coordinate and plan workload efficiently for personnel, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
  • Assist site administration in preparing manning levels prior to mobilizing.
  • Perform electrical nominee sign-off for all installation works, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor in shutdown work.
  • A Grade WA Electrical License.
  • LRFD/CPR certification.
  • Experience in estimating work scopes and executing them.
  • Safety Awareness Training Card (white card).
  • Section 44 & Section 26 certifications.
  • High Risk Work Licence (WP minimum).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Qualification in Management would be highly regarded.
