
Customer Connections Director

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our customer connections program, driving growth and deepening relationships with health insurance customers.
This strategic role focuses on customer engagement, loyalty, and enterprise growth, with accountability for delivering key metrics including referrals, care touchpoints, NPS, and operationalizing growth initiatives aligned to our business ambition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering effective solutions in a large and complex organization, with direct experience in leading the development and implementation of strategies to drive commercial outcomes.
A successful hire will be able to solve complex problems, develop solutions in consultation with others, and possess significant market knowledge and experience in consumer behavior and trends.
About the Job
- Lead engagement across health insurance and health services, with a focus on delivering enterprise customer growth metrics.
- Drive product confidence and member retention by embedding our proof points across frontline teams.
- Operationalize programs through communications, frontline training, reporting, quality assurance, vendor management, and customer resolutions.
- Manage internal and external relationships essential to the effective operation of our referral and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years senior level management experience with a track-record of delivering effective solutions.
- Demonstrated passion for the customer and ability to solve complex problems.
