Job Overview

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring products are installed and operate within design specifications and relevant standards.

Main duties include:

  • Responding to allocated after-sales calls with a professional manner
  • Evaluating and rectifying appliance problems efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining knowledge and attending training across the full product range

We require someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable.

Candidates should possess:

  • Contractors Plumbing licence
  • Restricted Electrical licence
  • Current NSW drivers' licence
