Job Summary
The Field Installer Repairer is essential for delivering end-to-end installation of Telstra's telecommunications networks.
This role involves installing and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure to ensure optimal service delivery.

This position is part of building our talent pipeline for upcoming roles in October - November.

About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will work independently to activate and ensure the quality of telecommunications and technology products and services in residential and commercial settings.
You will collaborate within a diverse team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Multiple positions are available across various locations; candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to the targeted areas.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and install copper and fibre network technology, including fault finding and networking.
Manage customer premises equipment for both residential and business clients.
Perform fault diagnosis in rural or remote settings.
Qualifications
Relevant licenses and qualifications as mandated by regulatory authorities, including a current driver's license.
Certificate I & II in Telecommunications.
Open cabling license and traffic management qualifications.
White card for industry safety standards.
Training support for traffic management and white card certifications is available.
Vaccination against Covid-19 is required for this role, with accommodations available for individual circumstances.
