Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of major digital initiatives through effective governance and release management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strategic integrated release calendar across enterprise systems and large-scale programs.
  • Lead forums for release planning, readiness assessments, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Enhance release and deployment frameworks, processes, and documentation in line with industry best practices.
  • Provide strategic governance and oversight across complex ICT programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational readiness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on release risks, dependencies, and impacts.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record leading ICT release management at an enterprise level.
  • Experience enhancing frameworks, documentation, and automated release practices.
  • Strong understanding of governance, assurance, and interdependent program delivery.
  • Excellent ability to engage with senior executives and multi-disciplinary teams.

Release Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality releases that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and have a strong technical background in ICT release management.
