About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ICT Release Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will lead the governance, coordination, and assurance of enterprise-wide ICT releases, ensuring major digital initiatives are delivered in a controlled, repeatable, and risk-aware manner.

Job Summary

The ICT Release Manager will be responsible for governing and maintaining the integrated release calendar across enterprise systems and large-scale programs. This includes leading release planning forums, readiness assessments, and go/no-go decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Govern and maintain the integrated release calendar across enterprise systems and large-scale programs.
  • Lead release planning forums, readiness assessments, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Uplift release and deployment frameworks, processes, and documentation in line with ITIL and APS best practice.
  • Provide strategic governance and oversight across complex ICT programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational readiness.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record leading ICT release management at enterprise level.
  • Experience uplifting frameworks, documentation, and automated release practices.
  • Strong understanding of governance, assurance, and interdependent program delivery.
  • Excellent ability to engage with senior executives and multi-disciplinary teams.
