Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Coordinator Engineering Design to lead the delivery of high-quality stormwater and civil design services.

This role reports to the Manager Asset Design and is responsible for leading a team in the planning, design, and coordination of major infrastructure projects with a focus on sustainable outcomes.

  • Leading a high-performing engineering design team, ensuring all projects meet quality, budget, and time requirements
  • Overseeing the preparation and authorisation of civil stormwater designs in line with professional standards and legislative obligations

Critical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and NER registration
  • Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in stormwater design and cost estimation
  • High-level proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS, HEC-RAS, XP-RAFTS, TUFLOW, and MUSIC
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Class C driver's licence
