
Part-Time Dental Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our part-time team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently with Microsoft Word and Outlook, and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
The role involves meeting and greeting patients, booking appointments, answering phone calls, updating patient records, and supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team. We welcome applicants with no prior experience.
The days required for the role are two days during the week from 9am - 5pm and alternate Saturdays from 9am - 2pm. Onsite parking is available.
The Key Responsibilities:- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a positive first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception or customer service experience highly regarded but not essential
- Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisation skills
