Dental Support Professional

Deliver exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our dental team to provide a comprehensive range of treatments.

  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Prioritize patient comfort and satisfaction, providing chairside assistance to our dentists and delivering high-quality care
  • Efficiently coordinate treatment, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Maintain infection control standards and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of safety

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients warmly, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for a great experience
  • Expertly manage appointments, answering phone calls, updating patient records, and making recommendations for services
  • Build trust with patients by actively listening, responding to their needs, and exceeding expectations
  • Handle payments efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Availability to work 1-4 days per week, Monday to Friday
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, with dental expertise highly regarded but not essential
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly valued, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • A motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Organized, with attention to detail, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
