We are a rebranded, modern dental practice committed to providing top-quality care to our patients in a friendly and welcoming environment. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated **Dental Receptionist** to oversee the day-to-day reception duties and ensure the smooth running of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Day-to-Day Management**: Oversee the daily reception duties of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- **Stock Management**: Check inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock is maintained and organized.
- **Patient Liaison**: Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle patient records, billing, and appointment scheduling.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with dental software Dental4Web and administrative tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of stock management and ordering processes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of dental care standards and protocols.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
