Job Title: Service Manager

Join Aon, a leading global professional services firm, as a Service Manager in our Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving transformation and improving service delivery across our insurance broking business.

About the Role:
  • Lead and improve transformation initiatives across the insurance broking service delivery space
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives through feedback, qualitative and quantitative data
  • Manage a team of Service Specialists and Service Executives to deliver exceptional client service
  • Develop and implement business improvement activities to enhance operational effectiveness and client experience
  • Proactively develop and maintain effective internal relationships across the business
  • Identify and improve processes and practices to enhance service delivery outcomes
  • Train, coach and onboard new and existing team members
  • Escalate client complaints and issues arising from ACS
  • Proactively manage resourcing requirements and evaluate staff workloads to ensure service delivery targets are consistently met
