Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
  • Inspect and maintain staff grooming and attire standards.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and equipment, and cleaning areas.
  • Monitor and maintain storage areas for organization and cleanliness.
  • Complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest well-being.
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
