Tradewind Australia is seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Director to lead our operations in North Region.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and at least 5 years of management experience. They will also have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Services, and experience working within child protection.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery within your designated area to ensure compliance with the Human Services Quality Framework (HSQF) Standards.

You will work closely with the Finance team to set and implement budgets, ensuring that all programs are financially sustainable and meeting their objectives.

Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including government departments, NGOs, and the private sector.

As a Regional Service Director, you will be expected to innovate and improve practice methodology, internal processes, and systems within the organisation.

You will also assist in strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing business cases.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining a strong knowledge of the organisation's practice frameworks, values, policies, and procedures, as well as relevant legislation.
