Key Responsibilities- Design and implement large-scale solutions to improve system reliability and performance
- Lead a culture of data-driven reliability, monitoring, and automation aligned to SRE principles
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve system reliability
- Develop and maintain tools required to support operational management, including security
- Identify technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and develop scalable and sustainable improvements
- Expertise in software engineering, with a strong background in at least one programming language (e.g., Golang, Python)
- Strong experience with modern software development practices, including tools such as git for source control and CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy
- Public cloud experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience leading teams of engineers driving outcomes using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, or AppDynamics
- Extensive knowledge of Linux internals, networking, containers, and troubleshooting
- Experience applying SRE practices in large organizations and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
