Job Title: Team Leader - Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology

Our multidisciplinary team is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to lead the delivery of quality support tailored to the needs and goals of our participants and their families.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload and delivering therapeutic services efficiently
  • Providing Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services within schools, homes, and community settings
  • Using clinical observations and assessments to set personalized treatment goals
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve participant outcomes
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Supervising and mentoring graduate and early-career clinicians

  • Supporting clinicians with scheduling, referrals, and workflow management
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation
