Beauty Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to deliver exceptional beauty treatments and provide personalized product recommendations.

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in building the Treatment Services business, enhancing client development, and consistently exceeding performance targets.

Key responsibilities will include conducting personalized consultations, discussing skin conditions and goals, performing a variety of beauty treatments, and recommending and selling skincare products and cosmetics.

You must be a passionate individual who is enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and delivering the highest level of luxury to clients.

Requirements for this role include a minimum of Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent experience, strong sales experience in a retail environment, excellent communication skills, and a positive work attitude.

This is a permanent part-time position with 36 hours per week across all store trading hours. You will be required to work retail hours on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
