About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Treatment Specialist to contribute to our treatment services team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • To discuss skin conditions, concerns, and goals to tailor services effectively.
  • To perform a variety of beauty treatments, such as facials, massages, and other skincare procedures.
  • To recommend and sell skincare products that align with the client's needs and preferences.
  • To educate clients about product benefits and proper use.
  • To provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • To uphold brand standards for presentation, including counter cleanliness and merchandise display alignment.
  • To achieve individual sales targets through effective product recommendations.
  • To handle appointment scheduling, client records, and administrative tasks.
  • To participate in store events, product launches, and promotional activities.

About You

We are looking for a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will possess a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will ideally have:

  • A minimum of Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent experience.
  • Strong sales experience in a retail environment is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a second language will be an advantage.
  • A high standard of attention to detail and initiative in assigned tasks.
  • A positive work attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
