About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the position of Desktop Fleet Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end user hardware, managing device lifecycle and advising customers on relevant processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely provision of end user hardware through ordering and receiving goods from suppliers.
  • Secure disposal and return of end user devices in accordance with ECU policies.
  • Advise customers and staff on asset management and disposal procedures, tracking and record keeping.
  • Establish and contribute to knowledge and instructions enabling consistent delivery of services.
  • Assist in delivering other fleet team activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Industry experience in inventory management and technology device lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of end user computer hardware and Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS).
  • Well-developed customer service skills and excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Formal technical education and qualifications highly regarded.
