Facilities Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the facilities and contracts department. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all facilities and contracts are managed efficiently and effectively, ensuring that the organization's goals are met.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contractor lifecycle, from development and implementation to management and reporting on contractor performance.
- Guide our Workplace & Property Services team to deliver exceptional customer service through our internal facilities helpdesk.
- Lead and deliver workplace and property projects, encompassing both soft and hard facility management aspects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and WHS requirements.
Requirements:
- 7 years' experience in a supervisory or facility management setting.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
