Job Title: Client Partner

The Client Partner plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering enduring client relationships. This role is responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing sales strategies tailored to specific major/regional accounts, with a focus on relationship cultivation, opportunity identification, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and timely resolution of issues.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set for individual accounts or territories.
  • Increase revenue from existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities, and progressing them through the sales cycle.
  • Retain existing clients by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and offerings.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, identifying market opportunities, and developing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Strong knowledge of the company's products or services and their applications.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Experience in strategic account planning and execution is beneficial.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. The ability to articulate product value propositions and negotiate favorable terms is essential.
