The Role

  1. Manage paid search campaigns across the client's portfolio of brands, leading the set-up, ongoing optimisation and evolution of the SEM accounts.
  2. Oversee the implementation and day-to-day tasks of the offshore team members, ensuring their work is delivered with accuracy.
  3. Support in client meetings, address requests, and assist in developing and refining SEM strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement, monitor and manage industry-leading performance media strategies, with a focus on paid search.
  2. Execute and optimise campaigns across various paid search platforms to drive business outcomes for the client.
  3. Deliver accurate and timely reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  5. Apply a curious mindset to understand and analyse campaign performance, always seeking to learn and improve.
  6. Take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritising and managing multiple concurrent responsibilities.
  7. Support the Account Services team and client stakeholders on ad hoc requests.
  8. Collaborate closely with the Performance Media team, Account Managers and Operations Leads, contributing to a team-oriented environment and celebrating collective achievements.

What Type of Person Will Be Successful in This Role

  1. Minimum 2-3 years' of experience in building and managing SEM / paid search campaigns.
  2. Strong understanding and experience with Google Ads and SA360.
  3. Strong ambition to advance your career as a well-rounded performance media specialist, with a passion for executing, optimising, and reporting on paid search campaigns.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  5. Proven track record of driving performance outcomes for clients.
  6. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritise, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  7. Intermediate presentation skills, including experience with client work-in-progress updates and monthly reports.
