As a Senior Associate, Executive Search, you will play a critical role in the entire search execution process from candidate development to client management.

  • Execute search assignments to ensure thorough sourcing and mapping, identification of best-in-class candidates, comprehensive interviews, high-quality confidential reports, thorough reference checks, as well as timely delivery of service to clients.
  • Oversee others as appropriate in the development and execution of work plans.
  • Prepare candidate reports for client status meetings.
  • Constantly look to improve methodologies in the execution process to enable Korn Ferry to deliver the highest possible quality to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Execution

  • Take responsibility for successful execution of assignments.
  • Work with clients and candidates to understand the parameters of the search assignments.
  • Execute the development of the position description and search strategy.

Account Management & Candidate Management

  • Conduct progress meetings with clients independently or in conjunction with Partner on the search strategy and provide market advice and recommendations.
  • Manage candidates through the entire process.
  • Manage communication between client and candidate including negotiation of compensation with candidate on behalf of client.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Proven Technology and Executive Search industry experience.
  • Superb search execution skills and a demonstrated ability to manage the search process.
  • Strong organisational ability including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience liaising with senior corporate executives in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
