Job Description:

At Onset Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Search Solutions Architect to lead our e-commerce search platform to the next level. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing a world-class search algorithm that provides hyper-personalized recommendations to our customers.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development of our search platform, utilizing your expertise in Vector Search and Open Search.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to design and build a scalable and efficient search infrastructure.
  • Work closely with our AI and ML team to integrate cutting-edge technologies and improve search results.
  • Ensure seamless integration with our e-commerce platform, providing a cohesive customer experience.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in search platform development, with a strong understanding of search algorithms and technologies.
  • Expertise in JavaScript tech stack, including TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS.
  • Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, with experience in integrating these technologies into search platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
